General Rules

This Terms of Use governs the relationship between CoinMinutes (“CoinMinutes” or “we”) and its users (“User” or “you”).

CoinMinutes neither controls nor endorses such third-party content, and it does not assume responsibility for its accuracy, availability, or adherence to privacy standards. Concerns regarding third-party content should be directed to the respective third-party providers. • Acknowledgment of Limitations

User Generated Content

Should you choose to upload, post, or submit any content on the Service, you affirm that you possess all requisite legal rights to do so, and that said content will not contravene any law or infringe upon the rights of any individual. You are prohibited from uploading, distributing, or otherwise disseminating onto the Services any material deemed libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise unlawful. Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, affiliation, or status is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, you agree not to knowingly provide false or misleading information with the intent to defraud. Although CoinMinutes does not review every submission, it reserves the right to delete, move, or edit submissions that it deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, in breach of the Terms of Service, or otherwise objectionable.

By making a submission, you consent to its display and publication on the Site and Services, as well as for related online and offline promotional purposes.

Not Investment Advice

All writers’ opinions are their own and do not constitute financial advice in any way whatsoever. Nothing published by the Site or the Services constitutes an investment recommendation, nor should any data or Content published by CoinMinutes be relied upon for any investment activities.

Prohibited Use of the Services

• Caching or archiving the Content, except as permitted for the operation of public search engines.
• Taking actions that unreasonably burden our network or infrastructure.

Engaging in prohibited activities on the Services may lead to civil, criminal, and/or administrative penalties, fines, or sanctions against you and any individuals aiding you in such activities.

Representations and Warranties; Indemnification; Limitation of Liabilities

In explicit terms, you consent to absolve CoinMinutes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any claims, costs, damages, losses, expenses, and other liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and costs. This includes any disputes arising from your access to or utilization of CoinMinutes, your infringement of this user agreement, and/or your violation of the rights of any third party.

You expressly agree not to hold CoinMinutes accountable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages, whether in tort, contract, or any other legal theory. This encompasses damages such as loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, connected to this agreement or your interaction with CoinMinutes. This limitation on liability remains intact even if we have been made aware of the potential for such damages. It’s worth noting that certain states may not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, thus the aforementioned exclusions might not apply to you. Your rights may differ depending on the state in which you reside.

Furthermore, you pledge to release us, our affiliates, and third-party service providers, along with each affiliated director, employee, agent, and officer, from all claims, demands, and damages, both actual and consequential, of every nature and kind, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, arising from or connected to your utilization of CoinMinutes.
