On August 15, Binance Labs announced its investment in the AI platform MyShell. This AI project was developed on the Polygon network and is planned to move to Layer 2 on BNB. MyShell is a Web3 chatbot platform that integrates AI and TTS (text-to-speech) models.
MyShell supports robots to serve a variety of user needs such as learning English, video chatting, creating avatars, and more. The project has raised $16.6 million in Seed Round & Pre-Series A funding rounds. Many large investment funds have invested in MyShell, such as Dragonfly Capital, Delphi Ventures, Bankless Ventures, and HashKey Capital.
Notably, MyShell participated in season 6 of the Binance Labs Incubation Program but failed to surpass formidable competitors such as Shogun, Ethena, and NFPrompt, to make it to the winning list. MyShell was launched in April 2023 with a core philosophy revolving around promoting an innovative and fair ecosystem.
According to Binance Labs, MyShell has been creating a bright future for the Crypto x AI field. MyShell combines LLM (Large Language Model) with new features such as Voice Model, Voice Clone, and Text-to-speech to enhance user experience, allowing processing and answering complex questions.
In addition, MyShell also integrates AI Agents – smart bots that can provide appropriate answers depending on the needs of each user. The MyShell project has a development team with rich experience in the field of artificial intelligence and graduated from famous universities in the world such as MIT.
The investment from Binance Labs by MyShell shows the remarkable potential of this project. Binance Labs is one of the most prominent investment funds in the crypto market, with a portfolio of more than 250 projects from more than 25 countries on six continents.
MyShell also revealed that it will launch the SHELL token with a total supply of about 1 billion tokens. SHELL tokens will be unlocked by 80 million tokens (8% of the total supply) at TGE. SHELL token allocation to parties includes Private Sale (26%), Team (17%), Community (40%), and more.
MyShell is currently a project that many Airdrop hunters are looking for when it is likely to conduct mainnet and launch tokens in the second half of 2024.
